An Empaths Guide To Manifesting Despite Troubling Times


If you’re empathic like me, or sensitive to energies, you are probably experiencing the full range of emotions lately due to the world wide viral pandemic (that I am omitting the name of purposely). Unless you live completely off the grid, your life has been affected in one way or many ways. Which, for empaths & intuitives, can be very draining of our energy, and quite stressful on our psyche. And, we all share this collective grief over the normal life we had 2 months ago.

But all is not lost and there is always room for hope. As a lightworker, and energy healer, you must continue to light the way for others who feel hopeless. We all live a self fulfilling prophecy. What you think about - you CAN bring about.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of those people who think the Law of Attraction should be used to place blame on the victims of violence or sickness etc. Definitely not. Most people are not aware of their God given abilities to manifest a better situation, and just going through life reacting to their environment. I believe most people are doing the best they can with their limited understanding of the universe. Afterall, we all have to start somewhere on the timeline of consciousness.

So let’s get to it. I believe we absolutely must expect miracles during this madness. Breathe.


Prerequisite to Step 1- MINDSET

If you’re a Christian, remember that quote from Mark in the Bible, “Whatever you have asked for in prayer, believe you have received it and it will be yours”. Note it doesn’t say, “It will be yours unless you’re a sinner”.

Why am I bringing this up? Because in my experience way too many women and especially healers have a default of low self worth, or not being good enough to have what they want. Mindset is EV. ER. RY. THING! Hopefully this doesn’t apply to you, or you can quickly course correct when you notice low vibrational thoughts appearing in your head. The First Step - Brainstorming

Think about what you NEED. Then erase that, and think about what you truly WANT for yourself and be specific!

Eg. I need more money.

I want to keep my house. I want to move to a new city. I want to drive a nicer car. I want to find a new job. I want to continue working at my same job.


So those are a little more specific than just “needing more money” right? But, you need to get very clear on your desires. Pretend to be your child writing a letter to Santa. Write out and say to yourself what you want, and no matter how naughty you think you’ve been, assume that you will get it anyway!

Eg. I want a 2019 Volvo Wagon. I want to start working with my clients online. I want to live by the beach. I want to pay off all of my debt in 2021.



Step 2 Visualization

We have this amazing psychic ability built right in called.... imagination!

How would you feel if you had everything you wanted? Would you feel satisfied, complete? Would you feel peaceful, or at ease? Take this time to imagine exactly how you would look, how you will feel, and picture yourself in your dream house, dream car, going to your dream job… Picture yourself exactly how you WANT your life to be. I’m sure you’ve heard of dream boards or vision boards. This is why people make those. To see what they WANT to see in their life. If you’re crafty and into magazine snipping- I encourage you to make one. Or draw it out if you’re artistic. Or photoshop your head into photos you find online! But you can also do just as well with your mind's eye- your imagination.


Step 3 Affirmations

Now that you know what it is you truly want it’s time to put it into manifestation mode. It’s time for my magic spells.;) This is where you AFFIRM to the universe, yourself, and God (or whoever!) that you can have what you want. The trick is to write these in your own words, but maintain the format that you have these things RIGHT NOW. Not in the future.


Get out paper & pen and write these or :

I have everything I need and more.

I am healthy, and feel good in my body.

Money comes to me in expected and unexpected ways.

I am open to receiving abundance in all areas of my life.

I give generously and feel happy to share my wealth with others.

I love my house, and I am thankful for the comfort it provides.

I am grateful for my spouse/friends/family and that they support me.

I love my car, it is safe and a joy to drive.

My ideal clients/customers find me and love my products/services.

I am working at my dream job and I feel complete.

I am a money magnet.

I am loved.

I am safe.

I am free.


Hopefully these will inspire you to write some affirmations that are personal to you.

Very important - Tape your affirmations list up on your mirror, or place it on your fridge, or your nightstand in a frame… place it somewhere you will see it everyday. Because the next step is to read them/say them to yourself every day. Don’t skip this step! Daily habits make your life!
